Error Creating Subdomain

I got this error msg when creating subdomain from CPanel.

Error from domain wrapper: sabix.domain.com is owned by another user

Here’s how to fix it :

• Remove all files in /var/named which has the same name with subdomain you try to create.
  In my case, the command should be : rm -rf /var/name/sabix.domain.com.db
• Remove sabix.domain.com (or whatever subdomain name you want to create) from zone files /etc/named.conf . The easiest way to do this, is from Edit DNS Zone on WHM.
• Run /scripts/updateuserdomains

and you’re done.

Intel 3945 + Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy Heron)

Sore ini iseng-iseng nginstall ubuntu di HP 520. Instalasi berjalan normal. Semua driver di-detect dengan baik.

Masalah baru muncul waktu coba konek ke wireless network. Padahal beneran lho, itu 3945 nya ada.

Pendamping Baru

Akhirnya dapet juga pendamping yang baru. Lebih kecil (dan tipis) dari yang lama. Tapi sayangnya, tidak lebih lengkap juga. HP 520 belum ada fasilitas bluetooth dan card reader .

Awalnya ngga milih HP 520 ini, tapi Compaq Presario V3804TU ( AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-60. Clock-nya 2.0GHz). V3804 lebih lengkap – fasilitas bluetooth, card reader, integrated webcam tersedia -, dan yang paling penting, V3804 pakai NVidia GeForce 7150M untuk VGA cardnya. Kenapa ? Karena VGA Intel di notebook masih belum jago (HW Transform and Lighting? Vertex Shader ? ) T_T.

Tapi sayangnya kemarin V3804 ini udah habis. Laris manis ternyata. Maka jadilah, milih HP 520, dengan catatan RAM nya ditambahin 2GB. hehe.

Sekarang saatnya nge-test pendamping baru yang satu ini..!

Bingung

Lagi bingung buat milih pendamping yang baru.. *hiks*
Pendamping yang lama sepertinya udah harus diganti, soalnya udah ada dua garis vertikal yang muncul.

ah sudah lah.. berburu informasi dulu.

Beberapa waktu lalu saya sempat ditanyai Bapak (secara tiba-tiba):

“Blog itu apa?”
“Blogging itu ngapain aja?”
“Kamu juga nulis blog?”

Semuanya saja jawab dengan baik (mudah-mudahan), walau sampai sekarang masih belum mengerti maksud dari setiap pertanyaan yang diajukan Bapak. Efek dari media offline-kah ?

Untung saja Bapak saya ngga langsung menghakimi. Fiuh, syukurlah..
